Michael is a professional and a very good guy! I walked in with a dead pc that is used daily by my grandchild and very important to her. Michael gave it his full attention and even though it needed several parts replaced he had it fixed in well under an hour(it's a home-built gamer). I though it would cost a fortune but not with Michael. Absolutely great guy! I went to that location years ago and I can tell you that previous owner ... well lets just say I did not look forward to going. But now Michael has all my computer business! 5 stars is an understatement!

Michael is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable about computers, printer's and any other computer related issues. He has helped me with my personal computer as well as my employers computers. He is reliable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
